Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Congress Members

Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island among the released materials.

Furthermore contained in this new photograph drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a legend labelling various areas of the property.

Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials released as part of the ongoing oversight release.
